This is a good looking stylish Searay express cruiser with two cabins and was built from about 1992 – 1995 and was the Mack Daddy in her day.
COCKPIT
This 1994 440 DA is a super shiny boat, She has 200 hours on overhauled 300 Cummins diesels along with a rebuilt Kohler generator. There is lots of room for entertaining in a large cockpit with large wrap around seating and cockpit table, Access to the fuel shut off valves are under the seat. Access to the motors is through the cockpit soles. The exterior upholstery is in wonderful condition, the owner has made and designed a very make fast cool sun shade to cover the cockpit. For entertainment there is a Clarion stereo with six cockpit JL audio speakers. The cockpit carpets are new. The transom gate leads to a swim platform with built in storage for four fenders, transom shower and a swim ladder. The entire cockpit is also fully enclosed with an aft curtain.
HELM
The helm is well laid out and clean. For electronics you shew has a Ray C120, VHF IC-M412, Raymarine ST6000 smart pilot and a ST60+. All the gauges are clear; the rocker switches are in good condition. There is the Captain bucket seat and next to that, facing forward is a double wide bench seat.
INTERIOR
The interior on the 44 is big and comfortable, curved bulk heads with white Formica cabinets and light oak wood.
The salon sole is a wood veneer which gives the interior a nice yacht feel. She has a large mid cabin that has sliding solid privacy doors. The mid cabin will convert into a berth, in the cabin is a sink a table and cedar lined closet and mirror. In the salon and on the starboard side is a large salon sofa with storage under it with salon table, above the sofa is hull side storage. The salon A/C is new. On the port side in the salon is the galley. In the galley is a new stand up fridge freezer. The galley has good counter top space along with a large sink; There is a three burner cooktop, pull out drawers, good deep storage and coffee maker and microwave. The old TV has been replaced with a new Vizio flat screen TV. Forward of the galley is a large bathroom with two solid doors so that the head can be used as a day head or just by the owners. In the head is stall shower, Vacu flush toilet, storage and vanity with mirror doors. The owners stateroom is forward with a solid privacy door. In the owners berth is a hanging locker there are pull out drawers under the bed. Is the room is an A/C control panel and built in seat. You can watch TV on a JVC unit. The head liner throughout the entire vessel is in good condition and there are no odors in the boat.
DECK
On the bow is a Lofrans windlass with foot controls, a search light. There are three deck hatches. The windshield has a full cover to protect the new dash. The center glass on the windshield will open. The 440 had a good walk around and with a bow rail. The 440 has prop pockets and rides on a solid deep V hull
